Our reservation line is understaffed at this time. You may encounter delays in our response or a full mailbox. Click here to find out why.

Reservations must be made by calling (970) 726-8326. If the line is busy or you can't call right now, you can make a request via email. Email requests are requests only. We do not hold sleds without a 50% deposit made with a credit card.

Before calling, please have a date and time chosen, know how many people are going and know how much everybody weighs.

We think the 9:30 time slot is the best. Starting in the middle of March, there is a possibility of having to cancel the 12:15 and 1:30 time slots due to warm weather or rain. The dogs have a hard time pulling in the heat (over 30 degrees), and the trip is very unpleasant in the rain.

We answer the phone everyday except Tuesdays and major holidays including Super Bowl Sunday. Our office hours are generally 8:00 to 6:00 Mountain Time. Please note the time difference when calling. Right now it is 02:36:35 AM on Saturday, which means the phones are closed for the day.

Our reservation team accepts a very high volume of calls. If we can not answer your call personally, you will be transfered to voice mail. Please leave a clear message with your name, phone number, and date and time requested.

Risks and Rules

If you are coming for a ride with us, it is helpful to read our risks and rules before you show up. We will review these with you before your trip, but if you already know them, your time with us will be safer and more enjoyable. Also below is a waiver. If you have a large group coming, it is helpful to have the liability waiver signed by everyone before you show up as well. It saves a little check-in time.
