Compensation
The pay structure changes from year to year as we fine tune it. Our goal is to structure the pay to reward hard work, punctuality and customer service. Below are a few generalities of the structure.
- Base pay is hourly.
- Your hourly rate increases each year you return.
- You get a bonus for showing up on time.
- You receive a commission for merchandise sales.
- You are compensated for driving sleds.
